Returns & Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Items

All Shepard's Gate Church merchandise is custom made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We encourage you to review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us right away.

You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

In most cases, you won’t need to return the item — just provide the photos and description so we can make it right quickly.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We’ll work with Printful and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items (unless damaged or defective):

Face masks

Hats, beanies, or other headwear

Any items clearly marked as final sale

5. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the reshipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order.
