Thank you for supporting Shepard's Gate Church through your purchase! Every item you order helps us further our mission of sharing God’s love with our community and beyond. Below you’ll find details about how our merchandise is produced and shipped.
🚛 How Fulfillment Works
All orders are fulfilled by our trusted print partner, Printful.
Each item is made to order, which means your product is created especially for you once you place your order — reducing waste and supporting sustainable ministry operations.
Fulfillment time: 2–7 business days
(This is the time it takes to print, prepare, and package your order before shipping.)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
🌎 Where We Ship (U.S. Only)
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
This includes all 50 states and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Location & Estimated Delivery Time*
Continental U.S. -> 3–5 business days
Alaska, Hawaii & Territories -> 7–10 business days

💵 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery address.
You’ll see the total before completing your purchase.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email from us (via Printful)
A tracking number and carrier link so you can check the status anytime

🕓 Order Status & Delays
If your order seems delayed:
Check your tracking link for the latest carrier update.
If there’s been no movement for more than 10 business days, reach out to us — we’ll help investigate with Printful and the carrier.
Some delays can occur due to weather, postal volume, or local disruptions, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issue quickly.
🏠 Wrong Address or Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
We’ll contact you to confirm the correct address.
A reshipment fee may apply since Printful must reprint and reship your item.
